Buthiau & Simoneau

François Buthiau and Florian Simoneau are two Parisian lawyers who met during their studies, at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

They previously worked as associates for prominent International law firms.

Building on their experience, they decided to join together and thus to establish their own office, the law firm Buthiau & Simoneau.

Based on the expertise and knowledge of its partners, the firm assists a clientele of companies and individuals at both counselling and litigation levels.

In addition to a rather classical civil law activity (contracts, liability, inheritance), the firm mainly specialises in business law (corporate, commercial law), labour law and criminal law (white-collar defence and general criminal law).

Whenever needed, the firm works closely with other law professionals. The firm developed a network of partners in order to offer full and comprehensive support to its clients.

Any partner of the firm can be contacted anytime. A quick reply will be received.
